You will need to discuss the matter with the merchant before returning the product. The merchant reserves the right to refuse returns if the damage is the result of misuse or if the garment has been worn or washed.

Return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.
The returned item must be in its original condition and packaging. It must be unworn and unwashed. If the returned item does not meet all these criteria, any loss of value will be charged to the buyer. A restocking fee of 25% of the selling price will be charged to the buyer for restocking the returned item.
